母乳餵養必需品🥛

我和Malo母乳餵養之旅沒有很好
和，所以這次我想好好再試一次
我認為第二次母乳餵養已好多了，沒有犯相同的錯誤。

我不想用使用吸乳器，因為我知道的當我吸越多，產出的奶量就就越多，越需依賴機器（供需不平衡）

但我不得不說，我很高興擁有它，
有時我漲奶太痛苦，Baby M不餓或還在睡覺，只是抽一點點，讓我鬆了一口氣

到目前為止，我只有在小怪獸沒有需求時，才用吸乳器吸出奶量”過剩”的母乳。

或是當我們出去旅程長或我需要離開等等，就會用吸乳器輔助。

Breastfeeding essentials🥛
I didn't have a good breastfeeding journeywith Malo and wanted to try again this time to see how it will go.

Without doing all the same mistakes, I think the second attempt is much better already.
I didn't want to pump as I know the more I pump the more I produce and the more dependent . 
I am of this little machine but I have to say that I am so glad to have it as
sometimes my breast feels so full and baby M is not hungry or still sleeping and I am soooo in pain than just a bit of pumping is a huge relief for me.
So far I only use my pump to pump the « excess » of milk when my mini monster is not on demand and I am happy with it.
Will probably start my proper pumping journey when we will decide to go out for long or if I need to go away etc.
This @medela_uk pump is so easy to use
with automatic mode - just need to adjust
the strength of the pumping as required
