母乳成分 - 探索之旅
科學家不斷探究發現母乳中的新成分及特性,而且研究之路還很漫長。在 2007 年,研究人員發現了母乳幹細胞(Cregan 等人)。不久之後,2009 年,母乳蛋白質組譜圖的綜合性研究(Molinari 等人)就發現了以前從未確定過的 261 種蛋白質。隨後在 2015 年,一篇文章(Alsaweed 等人)描述了 300 多種母乳miRNA 分子,這些成分對調控基因表達至關重要。
