嬰兒吸吮

吸吮週期

西澳洲大學通過使用超聲波和負壓測量方法,探究了哺乳過程中的嬰兒吸吮。

在一個吸吮週期過程中,開始負壓處於基線水平,在舌向下運動時,口腔負壓增加,當舌抵達最低點時,口腔負壓達到峰值。在舌向下時,母乳開始流出。然後舌頭上升,重新回到基線- 母乳停止流出。

  1. 負壓在乳汁排出過程中發揮著重要作用
  2. 舌頭並不沒有明顯的“滾動擠壓”
  3. 乳頭沒有有明顯的被壓扁的跡象
  4. 乳頭前端沒有頂到軟/硬顎連接處
